This new EduSourced feature makes collecting revenue from your projects easy and fast. A growing number of our customers have asked us to completely automate project monetization including billing, reminders and payment collection. Of course, some programs prefer to keep their projects no-cost for sponsors (or prefer to manage payments themselves) so this new tool is entirely optional within EduSourced. EduSourced project monetization even streamlines the experience for project clients, and they can pay via bank transfer, (ACH) or card!
Automating project fees can increase your program’s revenue, immediately.
- Set your price based on our benchmarked price points or set your own custom project fee.
- Flexible to support varied project pricing and free projects alongside monetized projects.
- Monetize your projects more consistently while still allowing for exceptions and free projects.
- Saves you time! Administering client-based projects is demanding enough without having to worry about billing and fee collection.
- Improved project client experience by streamlining payments and accepting card and ACH payments.

Automatically Track Revenue History
Your project funding history is captured automatically and reflects in your Metrics Dashboard Project Revenue chart, which includes revenue that is manually accounted for and automatically collected here as part of EduSourced’s project monetization feature.
New Reporting Page
The EduSourced reporting page has been updated with the new design we are incrementally rolling out across the product. There is also a new Salesforce-friendly export for schools that are capturing project outcomes to their institution’s Salesforce. EduSourced automatically collects all project and client engagement records on the front-end, so sending this information to Salesforce automatically can help streamline schools’ Salesforce adoption efforts.
Surveys Enhancement
Prescheduled survey release dates can now be edited after a survey’s due date has passed.
Minor UI improvements and bug fixes are also included in this release.
