Spending is Now a Full Purchasing and Requisitions Feature for Your Projects

For our customers that use the Spending tool, it has been significantly enhanced with this update. This feature has been fully redesigned for a sleek and mobile-friendly view, and it’s now a complete budget, expense and purchasing/order tracking tool for your projects. If you use the Spending feature, go to Workspace Configuration > Spending to see your new options (and the new design!).

Copy Milestones Across Workspaces

More schools than ever are using EduSourced across multiple experiential learning courses and programs. This new feature makes it easy to copy project milestones to other workspaces whenever needed, with a single click.

New Option to Delete all Project Files on Archive: Enhanced Security for Your Clients

This allows programs to wipe their projects’ files (excluding milestone submissions) upon archive. We’ve added a warning dialog to ensure this is not done by accident, but this feature provides peace of mind for programs whose clients insist files be deleted after the project ends. Project client apprehension around sharing files with student teams was a major theme in this year’s experiential learning benchmark report and EduSourced, with its encryption and security features like this, can help. This option is available in Workspace Configuration > General > Advanced Options.
