This update includes a new late flag for milestone submissions, several small improvements to TeamBuilder and a handful of Quality-of-Life improvements throughout the platform.
Enhancements to EduSourced Milestones
- Milestones dashboard now displays a late flag (pictured below) for any late group (solid red) or individual submissions (white with red outline if only some, but not all, individuals submitted late on a project).
- New confirmation dialog added when undoing a milestone submission, reducing user error where students un-complete a milestone mistakenly.
Click the milestone marker for a full detailing of submission time and date stamps, with any submissions uploaded after the due date and time being highlighted red.
TeamBuilder enhancements
- Smart Match is now even faster when auto building your student teams.
- The team menu in TeamBuilder can now display multiple bid rounds together for our schools doing multi-round bidding.
- A warning (pictured below) now displays before Smart Match overwrites any staged team layout. This new, more modern warning dialog will be used throughout the product going forward.
Everything else
- Added a confirmation step to the Spending feature’s line item rejection to prevent accidental rejection of budget items.
- Student application submission date bug has been fixed.
