Survey Response Late Tags
Survey responses submitted after the due date now display a late tag in the survey management view. In the example below, Michelle’s response was late. This makes it easy to immediately identify late responses without having to reference a separate completion report.
Automated Project Monetization
This feature was previously in limited release and now is available to all programs using EduSourced. Enable Monetization at Settings > Monetization to begin your setup of this feature. Once setup, you can set a standard project price or set prices per-project if you only want to monetize a subset of your projects. Project revenue is remitted directly to your school account and metrics on revenue are captured in your EduSourced reports! With this feature, invoicing, reminders and payment collection are all automatic with project sponsors being able to pay via ACH or card for a modern and professional sponsorship experience. Inclusive Access and Equitable Access Now Supported
For schools with Inclusive Access or Equitable Access programs, EduSourced can now be adopted and funded through these programs. For many schools, this is a new way to fund teaching and learning tools and courseware.
Student Group Badge in TeamBuilder
The TeamBuilder view now displays student group badges. For programs that rely on student groups (most commonly used to separate students by section) this allows for immediate identification of student groups without an extra click.
Performance Improvement: Time Tracking
The time tracking feature now loads significantly faster. Loading times are much faster for both the Time dashboard and the time tab for individual projects.
Bug Fixes
This release includes several minor bug fixes and Quality of Life improvements to improve stability and overall ease of use.
